1- Sahin Usta - Close to The Grand Bazaar

Şahin Usta, who makes doner without minced meat, is one of the most famous doner shops in Istanbul, unlike the doner made by putting the outer layer of meat on top of each other, which is accepted in Turkey. Please be aware of that seating option is not available

2- Doner Bank - Close to The Grand Bazaar

Maybe less popular than Şahin Usta Dan, but preferred by locals working around the Grand Bazaar, Dönerbank is one of the best meat doner restaurants in the old city. They have some chairs and tables outside.

3- Sedef Doner - Close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia

One of the few restaurants serving to the locals on the tram street next to the Hagia Sophia. They also cook the doner kebab with wood fire. there are tables to sit inside but no alcohol served.
